Welcome to take the leap
In this 12-month course, Take the Leap,we combine our experience and expertise in psychology and transformational coaching to support you in making that meaningful change in your life. Oftentimes, big shifts can unearth fear, emotional distress, and old trauma. Through the unique holding of both a leadership coach and a psychotherapist, you will be championed toward this change with safe holding and support so that the changes you make are both sustainable and healthy.
We created this course to dispel the myth that change has to be hard and slow. We’ve witnessed it and know that transforming a part of your life can happen quickly and feel exhilarating when you have a proven path to get there.
You decide which area of your life is ripe for a breakthrough, and we will guide you through a proven process to create new results.

We will teach you about how change works and what is required to maintain it. You will learn to identify and remove the self-limiting barriers that keep you playing small so that you can experience the change you desire.
By the end of the year, you will have expanded your capacity for greater fulfillment and cultivated a more authentic, vibrant, thriving version of yourself.

The Retreat
One of the most powerful parts of a group experience like Take The Leap is the opportunity to connect, grow, and support other members in person.
You will come together with your cohort and other graduates for two days of inspirational, thought-provoking, and motivating content taught by Kate, Ashley and nationally renowned practitioners in Boulder, Colorado.
Surrounded by natural beauty, you will be guided through an immersive curriculum that activates your mind, body and spirit through a combination of workshops, movement, breathwork, and meditation.
October 18-20th
The cost of the retreat, and farm-to-table breakfast & lunch are included. You are responsible for airfare, accommodations, dinner, and optional body work.

Facilitators
Meet Ashley Wick
transformational leadership coach
Ashley is a transformational leadership coach working with high-performing female entrepreneurs in fashion, media, and design. She is most passionate about creating conscious leaders and corporate cultures, from the inside out.
Ashley is a certified Co-active coach (PCC), the founder of her namesake coaching business—WICK AND Co.—and creator of THE INGENIUS LIFE workshop series. Through her coaching programs, Ashley’s clients take exciting leaps that give them access to untapped potential, possibility and greater visibility.
Prior to becoming a coach, Ashley began her career at Vogue and provided communications and brand strategy services to globally recognized companies including Diane von Furstenberg, Anya Hindmarch, IMG and the International Trade Commission. Her strong understanding of public relations gives Ashley unique insight into the challenges of building a business and informs her belief that ‘internal communication’—how we talk to ourselves and our colleagues—is critical to our success.
Ashley is originally from San Francisco and spent 13 years in New York City before moving to Boulder, Colorado with her husband Oliver and two daughters. In her spare time, she is an avid hiker, skier and experimental baker.
Meet Kate Kripke
psychotherapist, coach, consultant, author, speaker
Kate is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and recognized Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of women and mothers worldwide. She has passionately served in diverse settings for two decades, including her work as the visionary and founding director of the Parent and Family Wellness Center in Boulder, CO. Her contributions have left a lasting mark on the landscape of maternal mental health in Colorado and beyond.
Today, her mission extends globally. She wears multiple hats - as a mental health and wellbeing coach, published author, podcast host, and speaker. She partners with high-achieving women who are mothers, guiding them through the tumults of anxiety, guilt, and exhaustion so that they can continue to serve the world with their wisdom and gifts while also raising healthy, secure children.

how many people are in each workshop?
The workshop is led by 2 facilitators and made up of no more than 12 participants.
where and when does the workshop meet?
Meetings take place virtually over Zoom, on Wednesday afternoons from 2–3:30pm MST.
is there an attendance policy?
Every member is expected to attend all workshop sessions. Sessions will be recorded if unable to attend.
what if i miss a session?
Yes. Every session is recorded and will be posted in the member portal within 48 hours. The program is designed to work whether you attend live or not, and you can always ask questions or get additional support in the Voxer group.
What If i don’t know what my leap is?
No problem. Trust that you are here because something inside told you that a change is needed. A big part of this course is dedicated to gaining clarity about what you really want and why. It’s also common for participant’s leaps to change throughout the program as they gain more self-awareness.
what is the refund policy?
We stand by the transformation that is possible when you do the work and complete the course curriculum in its entirety. how long is the commitment?
12 months with the opportunity to enroll in 1-on-1 therapy, coaching support and workshops during or at the end of the term.
how much time is required?
The time you invest in this course fluctuates from week to week, but on average, you can expect to spend about 4-5 hours per month on the course (including session time ).
how do i apply?
